The machine IVM/CS1 it is an automatic feeder for natural, mixed or synthetic bristles. Once bristle or synthetic bundles of are positioned on the motorized belt, those are loaded on the dosing machine located at the end of the loading belt.
The maximum amount of bundles that can be loaded are eight pieces.
An automatic gripper loads the bundle onto a six stations rotating board.
Bristle receives the following treatments depending on the station: pressure of the bristle, extraction of the bundle, insertion of the fiber in the bristle in a container with 2 vibration units.
Finally, thanks to an automatic manipulator of shape picking, bristle or fiber are translated to a group of exchangers that will then place on the dosing machine.
The machine comes with manual use and maintenance, the protections used in the machine comply with CE rules. The machine is configured for remote assistance with possibility of online connection.
